Do I need an account to buy a ticket?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your name, email and phone number. If you create an account later with the same email, your tickets move in automatically.
What do I show at the gate?
Your QR code. Open it from My tickets on your phone, or print it. Each code works once, so please do not share screenshots of it publicly.
My payment went through but I cannot see my ticket.
Please do not pay again. Tap the chat button at the bottom of the screen and share your order number, or call us. We will find it for you.
Can I get a refund?
Every event shows its refund rule before you pay. If an organiser cancels, you get your money back in full, including fees.
